DELIVERY

We want you to be totally satisfied with every aspect of our service. We aim to maintain good stocks at all time but unfortunately it sometimes happens that high levels of demand results in a temporary stock shortage. In these circumstances please be aware that when ordering multiple items all items are dispatched together. In the event of an item being temporarily out of stock we will contact you as soon as possible as to the likely delay and ascertain if you wish to accept the delay/cancel or receive the order with split deliveries.

We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours of receipt and normally orders received by 2.00pm will be dispatched that day. Weekend orders are processed and dispatched on Monday.

Regretfully, LGO Direct is currently only able to supply to the UK mainland and offshore islands including Northern Island. The following rates apply.

We use Royal Mail services and most mainland addresses will receive delivery the following day. A signed for delivery is required and in the event of non occupancy a card will be left. If upon receipt you are not satisfied with your goods you have 14 days to return them for replacement or refund. RETURNS POLICY

Customer focus is paramount and our telephone number is on every page that you view. We encourage you to e-mail or telephone us with any question or query on 01539 821697. Our telephones are manned between the hours of 10.00am and 5.00pm 7days a week. We have 8 lines and can usually respond quickly. We also attend to e-mail queries as quickly as possible.

Established since 1994, LGO is committed to provide the highest level of customer service and has grown by following a process of continual improvement. The following terms and conditions form part of a contract that takes place when we accept an order from you. They are subject to change and amendment and you should be familiar with them before placing an order. Please read carefully as they are legally binding on both parties and governed by UK law. Your statutory rights take precedence in all cases.

DEFINITIONS
All references to the “company” “us” or “we” refer to Lakeland Great Outdoors Ltd (LGO) any reference to “you” or the “customer” refers to the person or organisation that places the order.

Whilst all care is exercised, LGO takes no responsibility for and cannot be held liable for any damage to, or viruses that may infect your computer or equipment from use of or browsing on this web site. LGO takes the utmost care in the preparation of the content of this site but does not guarantee that such content will always be fully comprehensive and accurate and cannot be held responsible for consequential loss arising from a failure to perform.

Pricing are shown in Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT at the prevailing rate. We always try to ensure that the functionality and pricing of products on the site is accurate, however unfortunately errors can occur. If there has been an error in your order we undertake to inform you as soon as possible. If this should be the case you will be given the choice of cancelling or re-ordering at the correct value. Any applicable refund will be applied as soon as possible. In all cases any order placed is subject to confirmation by LGO and regardless of cleared payment any order placed is not deemed to represent a firm and binding contract between us until confirmed by us via e-mail or post.

Title and ownership of goods will not pass to the customer until LGO is in receipt of cleared funds and the customer has taken delivery. However it is imperative that you take care in the information you provide to us as we cannot be held responsible for loss or wrong delivery caused by errors in information you have provided. In such circumstances you will be deemed to have accepted responsibility for any applicable loss due to errors or omissions on your order.

We have tried to design a web site that is easily navigational it is primarily search engine based and the practical result of this is that you can quickly and easily find out if we have what you are looking for and if so, compare products /brands/prices effortlessly. We have all used sites that are slow and difficult to find your way around and know how frustrating it can be and we see this functionality and speed of navigation to be the way forward.

Once you have chosen from the above a drop down list of products grouped together appears. You can choose the whole group ie. Base Layers or you can narrow it down further ie. Base Layer-short sleeve etc.etc. click on your choice and the site takes you straight there!

PRODUCT INFORMATION
Further product information and an enlarged image are accessible at a click and the current price to purchase is displayed. Our unique SPEND&SAVE feature constantly recalculates your basket contents and increases the discount as you place items in your basket.

CHANGE YOUR SEARCH
Now it gets even better! at the top of the page you now have a tab for each choice that you have made, so to amend your search you can pull down a list for each and reorganise accordingly ie. Change men’s Base Layers-short sleeve to Women’s and get the same Base Layer-short sleeves in Women’s sizes! Or if you are looking at a particular brand change to ALL Brands and see what the opposition has got-all on the same page!

In addition not only have we have incorporated unique features such as the SPEND&SAVE but also the SEARCH BY SIZE on clearance product. How often have you been attracted by a great offer only to find it’s not available in your size? With this great feature you can focus in on all the great offers that actually fit you!

All orders are subject to our confirmation and availability and are dispatched as quickly as possible on a first come first basis, we strive to provide both the confirmation and an indication as to a likely delivery date within the shortest time possible, usually within a few hours during working hours.
